If you haven't sent your donation in, there is still time. We will be accepting donations
through October 28th. Just drop your Annual Appeal letter in either of

The numbers are in from our latest Boxtops Contest. Over 8,800 Boxtops were collected earning the PTO $880.

Here are the winning classrooms and number of Boxtops collected:

3- Miss Short- Miss Short has the most out of all classes about 1,000

Each winning classroom were treated to frosted sugar cookies. Many thanks to all who participated!

Dear Parents, Guardians, Teachers and Friends,

Here is a new promotion that is being offered for a short time.

If you are in need of dessert for the Thanksgiving Holiday, Cornucopia Foods in Malden is offering to
give the MVRCS PTO 10% based on the grand total of all pies ordered by our families between now and Friday, Nov. 18th. The order form is on our website and orders can be placed by phone or in person. 2011 PTO Scholarships Winners

Scholarship awards were given to graduating seniors Alana Casullo and Derek Lee at the annual senior lunch. Each scholarship was in the amount of $2,500.00.  The awards were made in recognition of the students' distinction and excellence in volunteerism and community service.  The  scholarship awards were given by Scholarship Committee Chairwoman Maia Moran, of the Mystic Valley PTO.

Dear MVRCS Parents and incoming MVRCS Parents,

Just a reminder that the RSVP deadline (June 13th) is coming up quickly on the "Make New Friends Kindergarten Social" planned for Tuesday, June 14th, 6:30 - 8pm in the Multi Purpose Room, 30 Laurel Street, Malden, MA.

If you are attending, please remember to email MVRCSKsocial@gmail.com and leave the following information: your incoming Kindergarten student's name, number of parents attending, number of siblings, if applicable, city where you are from (as the event is organized by city) on or before Monday.
